The Loft is available for photography studio rentals with a one-hour minimum. Additional time may be added in 30 minute increments at time of booking.
Rate is $100 per hour.
Please note that mini-sessions require prior approval and are subject to specific guidelines and pricing.

On select weekends throughout the year, the loft opens its doors for exclusive overnight stays. Availability and booking requests can be explored via the form below.
Check-In begins at 3:00pm, with check-out at 11:00am.
The nightly rate is $300
To preserve the intimate nature of the space, overnight stays are reserved exclusively for registered guests, with no additional visitors permitted.

Designed for creatives seeking both time and flexibility, this exclusive offering combines an overnight stay with full photography access to the loft.
Enjoy an early check-in at 10:00am with a check-out at 11:00am the following day.
The rate is $600
To maintain a refined, low-traffic environment, a maximum of three photography sessions is permitted per stay and must allow buffer times between.
