The Loft is available for photography studio rentals with a one-hour minimum. Additional time may be added in 30 minute increments at time of booking.
Rate is $100 per hour.
Our studio is best suited for lifestyle, motherhood, newborn, family, and personal branding photography. We kindly ask that all projects align with its intended use; adult content or unrelated shoots are not permitted.

The Loft is available for multiple photography sessions, mini-sessions, with a two-hour minimum booking.
The rate is $100 per hour.
Two on-site parking spaces are provided; one for the photographer and one for your clients. Please note there is no street parking.
To preserve a low-traffic environment in our space, we kindly ask that a buffer be scheduled between session groupings: a minimum of 10 minutes, and 15 minutes during the winter months.
This helps maintain a balanced pace throughout the day while honouring the refined integrity of the loft.

On select days throughout the year, the loft opens its doors for exclusive overnight stays. Availability and booking requests can be explored via the form below.
Check-In begins at 3:00pm, with check-out at 11:00am.
The nightly rate is $300
Overnight stays are reserved exclusively for registered guests, with no additional visitors permitted.

Designed for creatives seeking both time and flexibility, this exclusive offering combines an overnight stay with full photography access to the loft, to stay and play.
Enjoy an early check-in at 10:00am with a check-out at 11:00am the following day.
The rate is $600
A maximum of three photography sessions is permitted per stay and must allow buffer times between them.
